The terms below describe how the service would operate if it opens, and take effect only from the day it does.

No memberships or goods are sold on this site and no payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund or cancel. This policy is published in advance and would apply only if the site ever opens for sales.
Cancel at any time from the account page on this site. Cancelling stops the next renewal charge; your benefits continue to the end of the period you have already paid for.
You do not need to email anyone or wait for a reply to cancel. If the control is unavailable, contact us and we will cancel it for you.
Membership payments are generally non-refundable once the period has started, because access is granted immediately.
If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or could not access what you paid for, contact us and we will refund it.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank posting times vary, typically 5 to 10 business days.
